Thanks for this.  Is that fix the final fix that will be going into
PEAR?  Or are you asking for a review of the changes to ensure they are
sufficient?

At any rate, MITRE assigned CVE-2011-1144 to the "incomplete fix for
CVE-2011-1072" for which you would use for this code change.

(CVE-2010-1072 is for the full problem, CVE-2011-1144 is for the last
fix that claimed to fix CVE-2010-1072 and did not do so fully.)
