That's a pretty bad DOS. Everybody (even unauthenticated users) can kill the
server by submitting a MODRDN request with an empty "olddn" value and "remove
old RDN" set (-r). Example:

      ldapmodrdn -x -H ldap://ldapserver -r '' o=test
