Subject: Dynamic bcrypt format?

Hi,

I'd like to use the format bcrypt(md5($p)) with john. Is bcrypt supported in
the DYNAMIC format? If so, are there examples available? I know that e.g.
MD5-ing a wordlist will work but prefer this - cleaner - approach.
