I'm not sure what these hashes are, but indeed they are not supported.
I don't know if there's an unofficial patch that would support them.
These look like base-64 encodings of 128-bit hashes, such as MD5. I'm
not sure what the strings before the colons are - they don't look like
usernames, do they? If not, they could be salts.
What kind of system/application did you obtain these from?
