Subject: New MSCASH patch

This is a new to patch to the MSCASH format. It use some ideas from
the NT patch. It requiere little endian memory access.

- For 1 salt its near 2 times better that the current in all patch.
- For more salt the different its greater because i reuse some
calculations for a password candidate for all the salts. In my machine
with 10 salts its 4 times better that the current in the all patch. A
more salts a better performance.

enjoy it.
