 Thanks for your reply.

 This time it works fine. JTR is a good passcracker, but we (newbies) 
need more
explaination for rules.
 The page at http://www.openwall.com/john/doc/RULES.shtml  is not 
enough clear for our
 poor brains.

 Complex rules are so important for cracking passwords.
